Same amazing chicken with the addicting orange sauce since the early 2000's. I make sure to come every time I'm home to make sure. All the change in the world but the way this place and the flavors stay the same make me emotional. Get it with yuca fries, plantains, and black beans n rice. The seasoning, the perfectly crispy skin, the moist meat... it even reheats perfectly in the oven at home. Just heavenly! I'm sorry I haven't left a raving review before this, but it's widely known, this is a neighborhood native cult classic.
Mark and the team at the Gaithersburg Crisp N Juicy just made delivery to 25 different homes a breeze. The food was hot, ready to go and they even went out of their way to deliver 11 meals to Silver Soring. We're a local non profit celebrating our direct staff and Mark and this restaurant made a huge impact.

I think this is the best Peruvian chicken I've had in the dmv. This is a staple and their chicken itself tops all the others because it's so true to name, crisp and juicy. The hot yellow sauce is to die for which is why I always get a huge tub. I love their coleslaw which is weird bc I don't normally. Not a huge fan of their rice and beans but the yucca is always crispy never chewy! Def try!!!!
Foods (charbroiled chicken, primavera rice and fried plantain) are pretty good. I had this late lunch at 3pm. And my orders were served hot and fresh with good flavors. And the dining area is very clean.
Just like it's namesake, the chicken is crisp and juicy. I could not eat it fast enough! The spices were aromatic which reminded me my childhood at family bbqs. The sides are plentiful and complemented the chicken. The food was packaged well and the DoorDash delivery was on time. This was the third time ordering from here and you won't go wrong! The prices are reasonable, there's plenty of variety, and of course the food is fresh and delicious!

So, if you see me devouring a piece of chicken, in my car, please be aware, it was Peruvian chicken. No, excuses, it was packed with flavor and the aroma from the chicken is responsible, not me. Okay, maybe I was a little bit responsible. ; ) My go to place for Peruvian chicken is "Crisp and Juicy!" I called on the phone to place my order. Ordering on the phone was quick and painless. I ordered my chicken and sides and it was ready for me, as soon as I walked in the door. The person on the phone was so nice and checked my order twice to make sure it was correct. The chicken was tender, flavorful, and you could taste the open pit grilling and Peruvian spices. The chicken was hot and juicy. We also ordered the plantains, which were sweet, tender, and tasty. Another item on our list was the yucca. It was fried perfectly and boy, did they give us a huge serving. I kept telling myself, it is a vegetable, right? Yummy! It fed three people and we had leftovers. Then, my favorite, the Caesar salad. It was fresh, crisp, and the dressing was creamy and delicious. It was also a huge portion and I kept going back for more. Three years ago, Peruvian chicken was voted the most popular food in Maryland.
